Zero Day Bug

Bugs in a Software professionals life go hand in hand. You hear bugs getting reported, fixed, delayed etc etc as you pass through sprint rooms and coffee tables!
Now, whats a Zero Day Bug? and why should you know about it?
If you are a person using any kind of electronic gadget with a software in it (most likely you would be from Mars or Venus if you are a person who fits this description), then a Zero Day Bug article should catch your attention because it could be very severe.

So whats this hype about a Zero Day Bug?
A Zero Day Bug is any bug that exists and still not published and hence not fixed after a product has been released. It clearly means a simple paradigm that the hackers have a head start into the situation.
So it can be dangerous.

Its a situation where the fix is unknown / not yet fixed and the bug persists giving a upper hand to malcious intruders or hackers in any way. It's a high vulnerable zone for the software and software users.
